Sweet Marjoram
This plant is excellent dried or fresh. A close relative of oregano, it can be used in its place in any recipe. A 5” container will accommodate 1 plant.
Chives A classic part of les fins herbes, these perennial members of the lily family have a mild onion flavour. Use a 5” pot per clump of chives.
Chervil Called the poor mans tarragon, chervil is prized for its delicate licorice flavour. It does well in shady areas. It needs a 5” pot per plant.
Thyme Used both as a ground cover and a culinary herb, thyme grows into an attractive woody bush. Use a 5” pot per plant.
Rosemary
This pine-scented perennial is native to the seaside slopes of the Mediterranean. In warmer climates it can grow up to 6 feet high and is often used as a hedge.
Use a 5” pot per plant for the first year.
