Arugula This plants spicy nutty flavour is a real taste treat and it practically grows itself. Use in salads or make into pesto. Use a 6” deep container.
Belgian Endive A really interesting plant to grow. Through the summer you grow its roots and in the winter plant the roots again to harvest the blanched chicons. Use a 10” deep container.
Radicchio We've chosen a non-forcing variety that starts out looking like a small bib lettuce before it turns red. Use an 8” deep container.
Mache This mild flavoured plant, also known a corn salad, thrives in cool temperatures and is very easy to grow. Use a 6” deep container.
Rhubarb Chard One of Aristotle's favourite foods this nutritious plant is used both cooked and raw.
